The staff was fabulously helpful and responsive, we were offered a bright double room with city views.

Appreciated our fashionable and great-sized rooms.

It was in a stunning location with a prominent art museum nearby. The staff was superfriendly, excellent, and everything was exceptional.

The vibe here was quiet! I got a well-designed and great-sized room with great products. The staff was absolutely friendly and very attentive, excellent service. The location was incredible, not very far from a cathedral-flanked square.

The location was prime for accessing various historical sites. The room was stylish and comfortable, complete with a Nespresso machine. The rooftop bar offered a relaxing atmosphere along with great views and delicious food, which contributed positively to my downtime after meetings.

The gym facilities were smaller than expected and lacked some equipment.

Wow, the rooftop bar at Calimala is a foodie's paradise, serving up mouthwatering dishes that'll make your taste buds dance! Plus, the location is spot on for hitting the local gems like I Fratellini or La Grotta Guelfa for a quick bite.

A little hiccup with the breakfast options, as ordering a la carte left us wanting more clarity on choices. The air conditioning could've used some finetuning-still, the vibe was all good vibes!

Had a blast with friends! The location is perfect for exploring, especially the fine Oltrarno area and the romantic Ponte Vecchio. Our rooms were lovely, and the staff was super accommodating. Just a heads up, the gym is a bit small, but that didn't bother us too much. Definitely recommend trying the rooftop bar!

Only downside was finding the place with GPS. It was tricky. Our valet service had a bit of a mishap, so just be careful when handing over your car.

I stayed for four nights and adored how everything from the Gallerie Degli Uffizi, just a short walk away, to the amazing Boboli Gardens, almost 1 km away, enhanced my experience of Florence. The staff were attentive.

The decor at Calimala was a heartwarming blend of modern elegance and classic charm, making me feel like I stepped into a beautiful art piece, perfect for seniors exploring Florence at their own pace.

More seating options in common areas would help.

I loved the chic decor and enjoyed the rooftop bar . The pool and spa were perfect. While the room wasn't what I booked, it still had a nice vibe and was comfortable enough 😊

A room with a duomo view

Waking up to magnificent views of the Duomo was amazing, and the staff's quick response to our requests. Every detail felt special!

The breakfast lacked variety and left us longing for more options. The gym was quite small and didn't meet all our workout needs.

The rooftop bar atmosphere was enjoyable, while the shower leaked water all over the floor.

Last Monday, I stayed at Hotel Calimala Florence for 5 nights, and it was amazing! The staff were very nice, promptly addressing our air conditioning issue and even upgrading our room. I especially loved the two gym rooms and the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch too!
